Clearasil Perfectawash Automatic Face Wash Dispenser (re-purpose)

I picked this facial wash system up some time ago at after watching a beauty video by Blair Fowler on her Youtube channel juicystar07 where she raves about this product. I'll link her video below so you can all check out her opinion on this line keep in mind that she was sent this product as a gift from the company.

I personally did not love this product at all it didn't work out with my sensitive skin and dried me out big time. I was excited to use this product because of it's automatic dispensing feature. My biggest issue with facial cleansers is how easily they can over dry my skin by using the wrong amount of product. After watching her video and hearing how it dispensed the right amount without over drying her skin I was interested in giving it a shot. My kit came with the Clearasil dispenser along with two of their facial cleansers Superfruit Splash & Soothing Plant Extracts.


Loved-
Automatic sensor gives me the perfect amount limiting wasting product, but still over dried my skin for some reason.

Sleek look of the dispenser, and I loved how it didn't take up to much space on my sink.

Both cleansers smelled clean and fresh

Smooth, refreshing, and makes your face feel cleaner after use

Small amount lathers nicely 

 Clearasil automatic dispenser alone is worth the purchase price $7.10 - $24.99


Hated- 

That it requires you use the special-designed refills (I figured a way around this!)

When used both night and day it over dried my skin even when rotating between the two cleansers.

Only has two refill options so if they both don't work out for you this entire system was a waste of money

But wait! After almost a year of sitting in my beauty cabinet I decided to see if I could re-purpose this dispenser. While cleaning out all my empties this almost found it's way to the trash can. I guess I was hoping that Clearasil would have came out with a better formula? Well bright idea came to mind and I decided to try  and pop the top off the refill container and empty the contents to see if it could be refilled with my current cleanser. It worked out like a charm! And I had no problems using my Neutrogena Fresh Foaming Cleanser for almost 3 months in it. Let me know if you want me to make a vlog on how to do this it's so simple to do and now you have a dispenser for any product your loving!
